This is one of the best natural hot springs in Tokyo, gushing 150 tons a day from 2,000 meters underground (heated by boiler). Your skin would be moisturized and smooth after taking a bath. The high salt content prevents the evaporation of perspiration after bathing and is said to be highly effective in retaining moisture.

In the open-air viewing spa, you can enjoy watching TV on the big screen while refreshing yourself in the high concentration carbonated spring and the sit-on bedrock bath! The Shining Spa offers a wide variety of natural hot springs and other facilities, including jet bubble bath, mineral bath, and snoozing bath, which is recommended for those who want to refresh themselves by working up a sweat as well as for those who want to improve their health.
