Aqua World Ibaraki Prefecture Oarai Aquarium
At Aqua World Ibaraki Prefecture Oarai Aquarium, a large-scale renewal was carried out in 2020, and a jellyfish aquarium “Kurage 365 (Sanrokugo)” and a “VR shark aquarium” were newly built, displaying about 10,000 moon jellyfish.
There are plenty of things to see such as a large aquarium where about 20,000 fish swim, a powerful shark, and a sunfish swimming in the largest aquarium tank in Japan. The “Dolphin Sea Lion Ocean Live” is held in the indoor hall so the weather doesn’t matter.
