Onshi Ueno Zoo
“Ueno Zoo” on the grounds of “Ueno Park”. It is the oldest zoo in Japan that opened in 1882. The site is divided into East Garden and West Garden. Toen exhibited large animals such as elephants, bears, tigers, and gorillas, including pandas, which became a hot topic when babies were born in 2017. In the west garden, you can see African animals such as rhinoceros, hippo, giraffe, and okapi, as well as aye-aye and reptiles.
