From the top of Mt.Moiwayama at an altitude of 531m, you can enjoy the outstanding night view of Sapporo such as 360-degree panoramic view of the cityscape of Sapporo, the Ishikari Plain, and the magnificent mountains, which have been selected as one of the New Three Major Night Views of Japan.

The observatory has a “bell of happiness” and space you can attach a “padlock” on to promise eternal love.

On the 2nd floor of the mountaintop station, you can spend a romantic time with “Planetarium” that projects 5 million stars and “THE JEWELS”, a restaurant with glass windows all over the wall.
