Lake Toya Onsen
The volcanic activity of Mt. Usu in 1910 created Toyako Onsen. The lake and the surrounding mountains are a part of the three landscapes of Hokkaido.
Around this area, there are many hot spring-related spots such as hand baths, foot baths, and one-day hot springs. It might be fun to do hot spring hopping.
You can also see the “Lake Toya Long Run Fireworks Festival” in the open-air onsen at some hotels.
