Ryotaro Shiba Memorial Hall
Ryotaro Shiba Memorial Hall is a memorial hall of Ryotaro Shiba who is an auther of many masterpieces such as “Ryoma ga Yuku” and “Clouds on the Slope”, and consists of his home and a new building designed by Mr. Tadao Ando. The new building has a large book rack with a height of 11m and a three-story atrium and about 20,000 books are lined up.
From the garden, you can peek into his study room where his favorite pen, etc. are placed. It is a facility where you can feel the world of Ryotaro Shiba.
