“Kantei-byo”, located near the center of Chinatown, is known for its splendid decorations.

It is said that this shrine was founded in 1862 by the military commander Guan Yu who was active during the Three Kingdoms period.

Many people come to worship here as it enshrines a deity that grants various benefits such as traffic safety, prosperous business, protection from disasters, and safe childbirth.

The vivid color of the blue dragon roaring on the roof is empowering just by looking at it.
