Gongendodai is one of the best cherry blossom spots in Saitama prefecture.

Approximately 1,000 Yoshino cherry trees are in full bloom along the 1-kilometer-long embankment, forming a tunnel of cherry blossoms.

The field of rape blossoms, which outspreads about 50,000 square meters, is also adjacent, and the contrast between pink and yellow is surely breathtaking.

The cherry blossom festival is held every year from March to April. Marvelously colored flowers such as hydrangea in June, cluster amaryllis in September, and narcissus in February, welcome you.
