Higashi Honganji
“Higashi Honganji” is he head temple of the Shinshu Otani school.
“Goeidou”, which enshrines the true shadow of Shinran saint, is 76 x 58m in height and 38m in height, which is one of the largest wooden structures in the world and is overwhelming.
The “Mikagedo Gate” that stands in front of Mikagedo is also one of the largest wooden gates in the world. It is also said to be the tallest wooden double gate in Japan.
