Shinpei Nakayama Memorial Hall
Shinpei Nakayama, a composer known for “Shabondama,” “shoulder tapping,” and “Teru teru bozu.” resided here in his later years until his death in 1952.
Since the early Taisho era, his music has been masterpieces, and many nursery rhymes and lyric songs are still being sung nowadays.
In the hall, his valuable items such as the piano used in his composition and the handwritten musical score are exhibited.
