At Masu no Sushi Museum, you can learn the skill and 300-years-history of Toyama style Masu no Sushi.
With the concept of seeing, eating, and buying, not only can you observe the cherry salmon grazing process by a chef, but can also make sushi on your own with a reservation.
The building also has a restaurant you can enjoy freshly made masuzushi and a souvenir corner where you can find Toyama’s special local products.
