Yunokawa Onsen
Yunokawa Onsen is easily accessible, about 5 minutes by car from Hakodate Airport, and the water is mainly composed of sodium/calcium chloride. This hot spring has excellent heat retention and is said to be effective against poor circulation and neuralgia.
If you don’t have much time, we recommend the footbath spot in front of the Yunokawa Onsen tram stop.
You can see monkeys taking the hot spring at “Monkey Mountain Hot Spring” in the Hakodate Tropical Botanical Garden.
