“Okonomimura” is a building with more than 20 shops offering Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki, the local food of Hiroshima.

After the war, about 50 stalls gathered in Shintenchi Square in the center of Hiroshima City, and the current building was built.

The feature of Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki is to put different ingredients than Osaka-style Okonomiyaki such as cabbage, sprouts, and pork roses on a thinly stretched dough, then flip it over, and combine it with fried soba.
