Founded in the Edo era, Nagatoro Gura brewery at the age of nearly 300 years was renewed in 2018 as a new sake brewery that mixes old and new traditions and tastes.

The brewing water is Saitama’s famous water “Yamatomizu”, and the sake rice is only made in Saitama Prefecture.

You can taste the sake “Nagatoro” and visit the brewery for free. Don’t miss this wonderful Japanese-modern brewery where newness and an old atmosphere blend.
