Kiyoken shiumai has long been an iconic ekiben in Yokohama. At the Yokohama Factory, about 800,000 shumai are manufactured a day and they offer a free factory tour.

The 90 minutes tour includes VTR, through which you can learn about the history of Kiyoken and the manufacturing process and a tasting of freshly made shumai.

Petit Museum Shop allows you to experience a shorter tour and you don’t need a reservation for this.
