Nagatoro Japanese Allspice & Plum Festival
Japanese allspice blooms from mid-December to early March, brightly illuminating Nagatoro’s clear winter sky.
Following this, from mid-February to mid-March, plum blossoms bloom at the summit of Mt. Hodo and the plum orchards at the foot of the mountain.
Along with the blooming of Japanese allspice and plum blossoms, events are held to make hiking and photography fun during the peak season of each season.
