Mitsui-ji Temple
Yamabushi(Buddhist trainee) Experience
Experience the Nagatoyama training unique to Mitsui-ji Temple, the head temple of Shugendo, in the costume of Yamabushi. The monks will teach you how to learn Yamabushi and how to wear costumes in an easy-to-understand manner.

Zazen Meditation(Shikan) Experience
Zazen (Shikan) meditation experience at the Kannon-do guesthouse at the 14th Fudasho, the 33rd Kannon Pilgrimage Site in Saigoku. We will teach you how to prepare and behave in an easy-to-understand manner.

Sutra Caligraphy (Heart Sutra Volume 1)・Drawing Buddha
Please spend a refreshing time free from daily thoughts by devoting yourself to writing sutra and drawing Buddhas. The priest will teach you how to perform in an easy-to-understand manner.

Private National Treasure Guest House Special Visit
The national treasure / Kangakuin guesthouse and the national treasure / Kojoin guesthouse are open to the public that are normally private. Please experience the Momoyama culture first hand.

Craftsmen from Ono Juzu, a long-established store in Kyoto will instruct.
