Located in the precincts of Sakurayama Hachimangu, Takayama Festival Floats Hall displays the 11 festival stalls used for the Takayama Autumn Festival switching exhibits by every four months.

This hall is the only facility where you can see the actual festival stalls, which are nationally designated important tangible folk cultural properties. Experience the techniques of Hida’s craftsmanship, metalwork, and lacquering up close.

Because the dolls in festival costumes are arranged in the hall with the music of the festival, you will feel as if you were in the actual festival as well.
