Yuki Onsen is a hot spring resort located about an hour’s drive away from central Hiroshima.

Surrounded by abundant nature, Yurai Onsen is also called “Okuzashiki in Hiroshima”. Boasting one of the highest radium contents in Japan, this hot spring was designated as a national recreation hot spring area in 1955.

At “Yurai Lodge”, you can enjoy the view of the clear stream and the Mizuuchi River, as well as the hot springs that flow directly from the source in both the large communal bath and the open-air bath. One day pass is available so you can take the bath here without staying in the hotel

From JR Sanyo Main Line “Gokaichi” station, take the Hiroshima Electric Railway bus bound for Yurai Onsen for about 1 hour and 9 minutes, and get off at “Yuki Onsen”.
