Mt. Ishizuchi

Mt. Ishizuchi, the highest mountain in western Japan, sits in the western part of the Shikoku Mountains at an altitude of 1,982 meters. Mt. Ishizuchi is also one of Japan’s 100 Famous Mountains, Japan’s 100 Views, and Japan’s Seven Spirit Mountains.
