Kimiya Shrine

Kimiya Shrine is said to be a place where Maro Sakaue Tamura, the general conqueror of the early Heian period, prayed for the victory of the war.

Okusu which stands behind the main shrine is about 2000 years old. There is a saying that going around with the power of about 24m lengthens your life-span by one year.

This shrine is also famous for the blessings for marriage, banning alcohol, and prosperous business.
