Northern Alps Bridge is an arch-shaped bridge with a total length of about 150 meters that connects the Nakao Plateau and Nabehira Plateau of Shinhotaka Onsen.

With a height of about 70 meters, you can enjoy the spectacular view of Mt. Kasagatake and Mt. Shakujou.

This bridge is also popular as a road trip spot and the exhilaration of driving through is a must-experience.

Recommended as a point of photography as well, the fresh green forest around May and the autumn leaves around mid-October are breathtaking.

[Train] From JR “Takayama” station, get off at Nohi Bus “Nakao Kogen Footbath” and walk for about 30 minutes.
